NFL changed some things about Game Pass.
According to their website FAQ:

NFL Game Pass is available in the market and location in which it is purchased.

For the 2017 Season, NFL Game Pass services will be offered on four different platforms in four different markets: The United States and its territories, Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world. Fans will only have access on the platform on which it was purchased and in the location in which it was purchased.

The United States territories are considered Bermuda, Antigua, the Bahamas, any U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

The list of countries where Game Pass Europe is available (in alphabetical order):

Therefore, you need to go to your https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/MyAccount/sdp/regionconfiguration
and set Channel Group D to proper region:

1 - if you have US Game Pass - set this region to “United States 2”
2 - if Canada Game Pass - set to “Canada”,
3 - if you have Game Pass from any countries listed as "Europe Game Pass" - set to one of the European country region,
4 - if it's “rest of the world” - set this region to “Australia”

Your NFL Game Pass subscription will be available only when you set the proper region.
