Currently (4 PM GMT), we are experiencing an issue with verifying your DNS if you are using Smart DNS Proxy DNS or another one.
When you visit your My Account Dashboard, you will see a message that you have not setup our DNS correctly.
If you have setup Smart DNS Proxy on your computer/device, no worries. All service will work properly for you. Please do not make any changes to your configuration.
Meantime, our developers are working on this case for a resolution. ETA 8H.
