Sometimes, apps on the Apple TV report that "content is not available in your region". This is a common problem when changing DNS settings on the Apple TV and is usually resolved by following the procedure below.
Using a web browser Login to your Smart DNS Proxy MyAccount and check if your IP address shows Active. If not make sure to UPDATE IP so our network will be able to identify your devices. You can do this from a pc or mobile device connected to the same modem with your Apple TV.
Now, go back to home screen of your Apple TV and reload the app on your Apple TV and test if it's working properly.
If the issue continues please take following steps:
- Remove our Smart DNS servers from the Apple TV.
- Unplug the power cable from your Apple TV and leave it off.
- Plug in the Apple TV back in.
- Setup our Smart DNS Proxy on the Apple TV again:
