There is something how Apple TV, iTunes and Netflix App works causing this issue. So in order bypass this issue please try to reset your settings. You can find the instructions below:
1. Remove our DNS IPs by deleting our DNS IPs from the Network page of Apple TV.
2. Turn your Apple TV OFF for 2 minutes and turn it back on again.
3. After it boots up please change the iTunes store location to US then setup Smart DNS Proxy DNS IPs again.
Make sure that your IP address is active in your Smart DNS Proxy MyAccount section, then re-try to load Netflix App.
